Assalamualaikum dan Salam Sejahtera Pihak kami ada menerima keluhan pelajar berkaitan fail nota atau assignment yang dimuatturun berformat docx, xlsx, pptx dan sebagainya. Docx adalah fail berformat Document yang hanya boleh dibuka dengan selengkapnya melalui Microsoft Office 2007 dan ke atas. Versi Office yang terdahulu seperti Office 2003, Office XP atau 97 tidak dapat membuka fail-fail sebegini. Format yang terdahulu adalah doc, xls atau ppt. Oleh itu, bagaimana untuk membuka fail tersebut? Untuk membeli Office 2007 mungkin mahal, dan untuk meminta pensyarah menukar fail sedia ada kepada format terdahulu adalah langkah kebelakang. Penyelesaian yang kami cadangkan adalah dengan menggunakan Google Docs. Disebabkan semua pelajar PJJ ada akaun Gmail masing-masing (mail.siswa.upsi.edu.my ), kita boleh menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk melihat fail yang kita muatturun. Kaedahnya :
